Xi'an is a city that was the capital of several dynasties during one thousand years! This modern big and well developed city has preserved incredible cultural relics for future generations. One if the ways to study the history of Xi'an or ancient Chang An is begging from the exploration of its fortifications. Xi'an fortifications. The ancient city of Xi'an is most well preserved ancient city in China and ancient fortifications could be found in many locations, some if them left only traces like in Hua Cheng Gong, or some of them are rising in front of eyes like it was thousand years before, for instance, the ancient city wall of Xi'an which is circular fortification protected city by perimeter, now it has beautiful park outside and allows visitors to climb up. Drum and other Towers even now could serve as navigation points and give us understanding of total city plan. Every step in Xi'an could be the discovery of fortification with long and interesting history. #themepark#culturalattractions#museumquest#historicculture

Hi, everyone! This is Xi'An, former Chang'An of Tang dynasty. I love this city. Recently I have visited Terracotta Army exposition again, since my last time visit several years ago there is opened new pavilion. It's remarkable, even unbelievable how do ancient masters could create such naturalistic faces and body other parts! This is probably number one wonder in my Chinese list of miracles. Terracotta Warriors were created to accompany first emperor Qin Shi Huang Di and follow him in other world according that time believes. This is real army, thousands of warriors dressed in ammo are waiting the order. And one more fact... Every face is different and unique, there is even no single copy. #culturalattractions#historicculture
