The profound historical sense of Xi'an perfectly blends with the romantic attitude of Spain

Who among those who love to travel doesn't like Spain? In my eyes, Spain means sunshine, passion, delicious food, and diversity. I came to Xi'an in a world full of longing, and during the four or five days I stayed at the previous hotels, it rained every day. But just as I switched to the Meliá Xi'an, I was greeted by the long-missed blue sky and white clouds. The warm Spanish ambiance—such as the iconic red sofa in the lobby—is reflected in many details of the hotel, and the melancholy of longing is dissolved into nothingness. The Tang Paradise and the Great Tang All Day Mall are just a stone's throw away, with only a pleasant evening breeze separating the bustle from the retreat. As the first Meliá hotel in China, its location is simply superb, only about a ten-minute walk from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and just one street away from the Tang Paradise and Qujiang Pool. The hotel's contrasting decor blends the grandeur of Tang Dynasty Chang'an with the luxurious tradition and avant-garde style of Meliá hotels into one. The hotel lobby has soft natural lighting and a comfortable sense of space. Order an afternoon tea at the Ling Water Bar, enjoy pastries, cakes, and Tapas, and have a happy chat with friends! The crispy-skinned roasted pigeon at Yue Fu Chinese Restaurant, the Spanish churros and pizza at Mercado Café, are unforgettable once tasted. Of course, for the most authentic Spanish feast, one must go to the Duo Spanish Theme Restaurant on the hotel's basement level. Iberian ham, Hemingway fried mushrooms, Spanish sausage platter, seafood paella, and rice pudding awaken the memories of taste buds, reminding me of the bits and pieces of that trip to Spain a few years ago.
