Xi'an's Majestic City Wall!

Location: Xi'an, Shaanxi province. Getting there: Take the subway line 2 to yong King men station. Get out at the city wall exit (clearly labelled inside the subway) and the entrance is two minutes away. Entrance fee: 58 RMB per person. The city wall is the most picturesque part of Xi'an. The wall is quite big and would take three hours to walk round. Fortunately you can rent a bicycle and do it in about an hour. Don't forget to stop off for photographs like I did. I recommend coming late afternoon and staying for sunset. Seeing the wall lit up with pink skies is a true wonder! #xian #citywall
