For those preparing to go to Wuyuan Huangling, you might want to consider my revised itinerary. Rapeseed Flower Blooming Status The rapeseed flowers on and below Huangling Mountain are all in full bloom now, as the temperature in Huangling this year has been relatively low, the rapeseed flower season can last until mid-April. In addition to rapeseed flowers, there are also Plum blossoms (2.1-mid-March) Magnolia blossoms (late February to mid-March) Peach blossoms (3.1-4.10) Pear blossoms (3.1-4.10) Cherry blossoms (3.25-4.5) Azaleas (3.25-4.20) The No-Detour Version for Viewing Rapeseed Flowers (You can take photos of the rapeseed flowers and classic landmarks) Take the cable car from the plains below the mountain to Tianjie Zhongwu Square Patriotic Wall, Zhongyan Well, Wuguitang, Sunning Workshop, Photography Bar Tianjie Hotel, Food Street, Cherry Blossom Avenue, No.1 Viewing Platform Leixin Bridge End point: Choose the terraced field cableway to go down the mountain. Highly recommended (If you're like me and want to combine photos of people and scenery, you must go to ↓) ① No.1 Viewing Platform The platform down from the No.1 Viewing Platform is a perfect spot to take breathtaking photos of the high mountain rapeseed terraces. ② Promenade The most beautiful 3-kilometer fitness route, great for portrait photography, where you can hike and enjoy the flowers. ③ Wuguitang An old popular photo spot, either come early at seven or eight in the morning or in the evening at five or six for a beautiful atmosphere ④ Sunning Workshop There are natives in Huangling who start cooking fires, and it looks super nice when photographed. You can also take pictures of the ancient village terraces. ⑤ Patriotic Wall Remember to bring a Huangling milk tea cup, it adds a special flavor. Recently, Huangling also has performances such as the Twelve Flower Gods Parade, Springtime Music, Flower-selling Lang's Poetry and Flower Giving, and Celestial Maiden Flower Scattering Dance. Of course! You can also enjoy a hot spring while viewing the rapeseed flowers here! Soaking in the spring, too blissful! About Food In addition to the snack street, there is also a Tianjie restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I highly recommend the specialty dishes 'Huangling Sun-Dried Autumn' and 'Purse Golden Fish', super delicious! The ingredients are very fresh! About Transportation At Wuyuan Station, there is a direct bus to the scenic area for 20/person, or you can choose to carpool for 30/person, which is very convenient.
