A prominent family's residence from the late Qing Dynasty, the Xue Family Garden features exquisite and elegant pavilions, terraces, towers, small bridges, flowing water, carved railings, and painted beams. At the main entrance, there is an inscription of "Imperial Censor's Residence" bestowed by the emperor. Inside the garden, there are also inscriptions by famous figures such as Weng Tonghe, Li Hongzhang, and Zuo Zongtang. 3. During spring outings, magnolias, peach blossoms, crabapple blossoms, and other flowers bloom in competition. The view through the window lattices is stunning. 4. There are Western-style buildings in the garden, such as stained glass and billiard rooms, creating a unique blend of Chinese and Western styles.
