I recently discovered a Chaoshan food stall hidden in a community in Wuxi.

I've been particularly interested in Chaoshan cuisine recently. Hot soup and stir-fried dishes are perfect for winter and gatherings with friends. A new Chaoshan restaurant opened downstairs from my friend's house. Restaurants in the community are always good, so I went there right away. 🚗 I went there on a weekday evening, and the restaurant was packed. 🔥 Luckily, I reserved a private room in advance, otherwise, I would have had to wait for a table. I ordered the recommended dishes, and my favorite was the Chaoshan preserved radish omelet. 🍳 It looks ordinary, but the preserved radish adds a lot of flavor. The preserved radish is crispy and sweet, and it goes perfectly with the soft omelet. I ate most of it myself. Chaoshan cuisine is incomplete without marinated raw seafood, so I ordered marinated raw shrimp 🦐 and marinated blood clams. The meat is firm, fresh, and flavorful, with just the right amount of spiciness and sweetness. It's the perfect dish to go with alcohol! 📍 The restaurant is located on the first floor of the community mall in Yipin Huafu Street. The restaurant lives up to its name and has a lively atmosphere. The service is warm and attentive, the food is fresh and delicious, and the flavors are authentic. It's also great value for money. I'll definitely come here again for a gathering with friends.
