Gonghu Bay Wetland Park, it's really beautiful!. Gonghu Bay is located in the southern part of the Economic Development Zone, extending along the Taihu Lake shoreline. This place was once the ancient Gong Lake, the shoreline is curved, hence the name. Gonghu Bay Wetland Park covers a large area, starting from the west of Lihu Avenue, to the east of Xiaoxi Port, to the north of Gancheng Road, and south to Taihu Lake, with a total area of nearly 600 hectares. The water forest is located next to Xu Xian Port, with a winding nine-curve walkway. The highlands in the water are full of Metasequoia, reflecting on the water, it's beautiful. The pond is dotted with lotus, iris, and mushroom grass and other aquatic plants. The water is clear, standing on the near-water steps, you can see the underwater plants swaying with the waves. In autumn, the Metasequoia turns into a caramel color, which is a scene to look forward to.
