Wuqi Cultural Branch is located in Wuqi District, Taichung City. It is a Japanese-style building full of historical atmosphere. It was originally an administrative agency during the Japanese colonial period and has now been converted into a cultural exhibition and tourism space. The original wooden structure is preserved here, and the courtyard landscaping is matched, making it suitable for people who like Japanese style to visit and take photos. There was almost no one there when I first arrived, so I thought I could take some leisurely photos. However, a few minutes later, a busload of tour groups came in and the place was instantly packed with people. Tourists who want to take photos are advised to arrive on weekdays or early in the morning. The old building is well maintained and full of a strong sense of history and Japanese atmosphere, suitable for people who like antique style.
