I was surprised to find such fresh beef hotpot in Tanhua Lane

Recently during cherry blossom season, I took my family to visit Tanhua Lane and discovered a nice beef hotpot restaurant nearby. Right at the entrance, you can see fresh beef being sliced at the open counter, which looks fresh and gives peace of mind 👍 The restaurant has a cozy and quiet ambiance, perfect for enjoying a delicious hotpot meal～ Happy ✌ The restaurant serves daily fresh beef from free-range mountain cattle, delivered directly to the store. The taste and quality are excellent, and freshness is guaranteed❗️ We ordered hanging tender, fatty flank, fresh beef, and spoon handle cut - all only need 8 seconds to cook～ The meat is tender and juicy, and when dipped in the sauce, it's absolutely delicious 😋 The soup base is great too～ It's a beef bone broth simmered for 4 hours, maintaining its original flavor. Good broth makes good meat - it's so delicious we couldn't stop ordering plate after plate of beef, totally satisfying～ The drinks are also nice, freshly squeezed without artificial sweeteners or additives, making them quite healthy 👍 I particularly like the Grapefruit Fullness 🍹, which is sweet and sour, refreshing and helps cut through the richness. The 🌸 cherry blossom rice cake and barley red bean cake are also really tasty 💕
