East Lake Greenway, located within the East Lake Scenic Area, is the first 5A-level urban scenic area greenway in China. The East Lake Greenway connects the five major scenic areas of Mo Hill, Tingtao, Luoyan, Fish Light, and Yu Family Lake, consisting of themed greenways such as Lake Center Trail, Lake Mountain Trail, Mo Hill Trail, Countryside Trail, Tingtao Trail, Forest Trail, and White Horse Trail. Walking along the Lake Center Trail with a couple of good friends, slowly moving along the lakeside plank road, watching the vibrant lotus leaves by the lake, gently caressed by the breeze, basking in the spring sunshine, one can enjoy the relaxed and exhilarating experience. It is like a soft ribbon passing through the lake, accompanied by the mirror-like lake surface and the swaying reflections of the rows of bald cypress trees.
