Kubu Beach Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Kubu Beach
Kubu beach looks very clear from the far but when you are under the water it is actually dusky due to strong wave. I attempt to do snorkeling but barely nothing you can see. There is always lifeguards available to lookout for people swimming. Because of strong current and wave, when you are stuck, you cannot really get out.
Overall, It is good for sun bathing as there are sun beds with shades. Of course towels provided and you can order some food and refreshments. But not really impressive for swimming.

Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting
#indonesiatrip
Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting is often associated with a primate type, namely orangutan. It's literally natural park where people can visit and observe orangutan life. The visitors should respect the orangutans by being quiet or making them comfortable to be out of their nests and to be seen by the visitors, especially when they're having their meals. Once the orangutans come out, the visitors should keep distance from the orangutans, so they won't feel disturbed or threatened. Make sure the visitors are accompanied by a tour guide.
