Creative noodle shop Salmon no Daisuke Address: No. 170, Section 1, Xiangshang Road, West District, Taichung City Salmon Daisuke is a creative ramen shop with salmon soup base under Nanamindori, one of the three major ramen factions in Taichung. This restaurant is highly recommended but it is really easy to sell out. If you want to eat it, you have to go early and queue up! The salmon broth ramen is delicious. The rich salmon broth, seared salmon fillets and clams successfully create the perfect ramen combination in my mind. The rich salmon broth ramen, coupled with the finishing touch of soft salmon, makes you feel like you are sandwiched between a school of returning salmon. It is so delicious that it is indescribable. It is definitely a ramen shop worth visiting again.
