Shang Palace at Shangri-La Hotel, Wenzhou is a must-try!

We stayed at Shangri-La Hotel, Wenzhou. The most impressive part was Shang Palace! We chose to have Chinese food at Shang Palace. The lunch was a Hong Kong-style buffet, which was quite good. 😋 The shrimp dumplings, siu mai, custard buns, marinated meat platter, roasted pigeon, black truffle shrimp balls, and more are all made to order. Roasted pigeon 🐦 Ever since I had roasted pigeon in Ningbo, I've been in love with Shang Palace! ☺️ The pigeon is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! The pigeon meat is firm and aromatic!
