Restauracja HEKTOR1970 is located in the center of Warsaw. The red brick interior has an Eastern European style and is antique. It mainly provides traditional Polish cuisine, and even the cooking method follows the old Polish flavor. It can only be said that the taste is full of flavor. The pork chops we ordered were thinly sliced, coated with flour and deep-fried. They had a strong meaty aroma and tasted fresh and juicy.
