#springsummer2024 Hongcheng Ice House is doing very good business. Every time I go home, I always find the store closed. This time I came early on purpose and luckily every seat was full. As soon as you enter the door, you can feel the strong Hong Kong atmosphere. We ordered a bowl of crispy noodles and an ice-hot pineapple bun. This noodle is very special. It is raw when served and has thick soup at the bottom. As time goes by, the noodles will gradually be softened by the soup, and the taste will change accordingly. It is a very special dish. The Ice and Fire Pineapple Bun is extremely classic. The cream is placed on ice cubes when served to ensure that the cream does not melt. It is super detailed and surprising! The outer layer of the pineapple bun is crispy and soft, and it is quite hot. Paired with iced cream, it really lives up to its name.
