City Dancer Grill & Live Music Bar 232 Wan Chai Road, Heng Wai Centre, 30th Floor Today, I came to this bar restaurant in Wan Chai. Located on the 30th floor, the restaurant overlooks the Happy Valley Racecourse, offering a fantastic view, and if you time it right, there's even a band show to enjoy. We tried several dishes: 1. Classic Crab and Lobster Soup: The soup base is rich in flavor, with a thick and creamy texture. The taste of lobster and crab meat is well-matched and very enjoyable to drink. 2. Thai Crab Cakes: The exterior is fried to a crispy golden brown, and biting into it reveals a generous amount of crab meat. The crab is fresh and juicy, and with Thai spices and seasoning, the flavor is even richer. The texture is crispy and chewy, making it incredibly satisfying! The Thai spicy sauce adds a wild kick. 3. Thai-style 'Gold Not Exchange' Stir-fried Oysters: The oysters are large and fresh, stir-fried with Thai sauce to just the right flavor, maintaining the oysters' freshness and texture. The oyster meat is smooth and juicy, and with the sour and spicy Thai sauce, it's very appetizing. 4. Spicy Clam Pasta with White Wine Sauce: The pasta is cooked al dente, and the clams are large and sweet. The white wine sauce has a slight spiciness and fragrance, enriching the flavor and leaving a satisfying aftertaste. 5.
