Café Central Vienna, Austria

Café Central is a very famous old restaurant/café in Vienna, always full of guests. Both salty and sweet food are sold. I tried the Viennese specialty fried pork chops. The pork chops are thin, so the meat is not very tough. With the not too thick batter, it is not greasy. I highly recommend it. Vienna Old Soup tastes very similar to Tainan beef soup, but it contains beef, chicken, some thin noodles and dumplings with a very special taste. It's a good choice for a bowl when the weather is cold. The famous desserts here are chocolate cake and apple pie. The chocolate cake is not too sweet or greasy, but the cake is dry The apple pie filling is made of sour apples and the crust is thin and crispy.
