Spanish Mediterranean Coast Tour ~ Barcelona (Region) Located in Catalonia, Spain, the Cathedral of Sant Pedro de Vic is a famous example of the evolution of European architecture, blending Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque, and Neoclassical styles. It was originally built in the 11th century by Bishop Oliba and retains Romanesque tombs and bell towers from that period. Its heritage is enriched by the 14th-century Gothic monastery and the Baroque Church of St. Bernard of Carbo. In the 18th century, the architect Josep Moretó i Codina carried out a neoclassical renovation.
