Rancho Avandro House, designed by ChainSiman Studio in collaboration with Modomanera. The residence is strongly influenced by Mexican haciendas, with solid volumes, interior courtyards and gardens. The residence consists of three separate volumes, each with its own function: the largest and central volume houses the living area, with the bedrooms located in one wing and the kitchen and service areas in another. In front of the main living area is a terrace and a jacuzzi, an alternative to the traditional estate fountain. At the rear of the property is a beautiful courtyard with a beautiful water feature. A glass-covered bridge connects the main building to the annex, which is designed as an independent studio for visiting guests. A combination of traditional and contemporary materials and furnishings create a warm atmosphere throughout the home, from the wooden beamed ceilings to the black iron elements to the floor-to-ceiling glass facades and local yellow stone walls. Rancho Avandaro combines classic hacienda elements with modern conveniences to achieve a balance of luxury, aesthetics, and functionality. 🏨
