Provence｜Visiting Southern France in June to See Lavender is the Real Deal

🇫🇷 This time, I went to Provence with friends, hoping to catch a glimpse of the lavender fields by chance! Yesterday! We were lucky enough to see vast stretches of lavender in Valensole, combined with the sunset glow—it was absolutely stunning! Renting a car is recommended. Here’s the guide ⬇️ . 🔍 Search for "Les Grandes Margès" on the map. When you get close, look for the sign in Figure 6. You’ll see a small shop on the hillside where you can park and use the restroom. . 🌟 There are lavender fields within a 10-minute walk in either direction (search: "Valensole Lavender field" for the exact location), or you can drive. If you see Figure 7, head straight to the lavender field behind the sign (a 5-10 minute walk from the parking spot near Figure 6). The slope makes for great photos, and if you climb further up, you’ll find an even larger lavender field. . 🌟 Best time for photos: During sunset (around 7 PM in June) when the light and golden hour make everything magical. ⚠️ There are lots of bees—avoid wearing strong perfume, or you might attract them. ❤️ Wear light-colored clothing; dark colors are less ideal. . 📷 Hope everyone gets amazing shots! .
