Otani Museum

This is the Oya Museum in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture. The remains of an underground Oya stone mine covering 20,000 m2 and a depth of 30m. You can see the difference between the remains of the hand-carved moat and the mechanized moat! The fantastical interior of the mine has been used in a variety of productions, including movies and dramas 🎬 The mine is also so cool all year round that it is called a #naturalrefrigerator ❄️ Even in the hot summer, the temperature only reaches a maximum of 13℃ 🌬 There are also several exhibits like the one in the 8th photo, which were fun to look at ♩ A cool and fantastic underground space!!
