Conrad Urumqi - a perfect hotel in Xinjiang.

Conrad Urumqi is said to be the first luxury brand under Hilton Hotels & Resorts in the five northwestern provinces of China. The hotel is located above Meimei Times Department Store and opened in 2021. It was formerly a Sheraton. The sky lobby is located on the 37th floor and is exquisitely decorated. In Xinjiang, where there are relatively few luxury hotels, it is outstanding and would be considered excellent even in developed areas of the mainland. Some rooms offer views of the sunrise and sunset over Bogda Peak when the weather is good, but I missed it because it was snowing when I arrived. The executive lounge is also excellent, and the happy hour here is a la carte, which I tried and found to be good. Perfect!
