The side dishes change daily, and on this day there was roast beef, boiled hijiki, a small bowl of scallops and salmon roe, and salmon, all of which were carefully made and delicious✨️ One of the attractions is the fun of deciding which small bowl to eat first! You can choose between white rice or 16-grain rice, and the amount can be chosen from small to large, which is a nice point. This time I chose the 16-grain rice, which has a chewy texture and becomes more flavorful the more you chew it.
