What's even more surprising is that the standard room starts from KRW 40,000! I booked a standard double room because of the large window, and it was great. I used it for KRW 60,000 on weekends. The room was clean, and the bathroom was very pleasant and nice. It is a new building, so it is clean and tidy. The city view is attractive because it is near the City Hall! The La Florala voucher is not per person but per room, so even if two people or a family come, you only need to purchase it for KRW 20,000.
