Weiblingen Abbey

🚗Tourist Transportation: Bus No. 14 from the train station 👍️Must-visit Attraction: On the 20th, took the bus to Weiblingen Abbey, which includes a museum, library, and church, and encountered a couple getting married in the library. The abbey was built in 1093 and is located in the town of Weiblingen, south of Ulm. The expansion and renovation in 1714 made it a masterpiece of Baroque architecture in Upper Swabia. The library belonging to the church is particularly renowned for its splendid decorations, making it a model of Rococo architecture. It was once rated by Reuters as one of the top ten overlooked architectural gems. Currently, the northern part of the abbey belongs to the University of Ulm.
