When I took the elevator up to the high-rise lounge, the view of Ulaanbaatar was refreshingly spread out through the glass windows. It was sunset, and going up at that time was the best choice~👍 As the sky slowly turned orange, the atmosphere of the city also became calm. The sun slowly set over the distant mountains, and the light spread long across the buildings. It felt like the city that had grown in the harsh nature of Mongolia was taking a breather for a moment. While looking at the scene with a cocktail in my hand in the lounge where quiet jazz music was flowing, my heart became very calm~🙂 Outside the window, I could see Sukhbaatar Square, and people and cars moving around the streets were moving like small toys. The bustle of the city felt more affectionate when seen from afar, and all of the scenery approached me like a work of art!!😆 After the sunset completely set, the city began to show a completely different face!! Lights turning on one by one, car headlights flowing along the road, and the silhouettes of buildings standing out even more in the darkness. It felt like I was escaping the real world of the day and entering the dreamy world of the night. In particular, the photos I took looking down at the square embroidered with lights became my most cherished photos from this trip~! The night view of Ulaanbaatar may not be fancy, but it was a truly warm and heartfelt scenery. ‘The Blue Sky’ is more than just a hotel, and the sky, city, and emotions I saw from there will remain with me for a long time.
