There is very little information about Sanjiaoxigang on the Internet. Everyone takes the A train, but no one has ever taken a good look around Sanjiao West Port. First, there is little information, and second, transportation is indeed not very convenient. I called a taxi 🚕 from the station to Sihanoukville.
