I had the opportunity to visit Udon Thani, so I stopped by to do a workshop on products made from red lotus flowers 🪷✨ such as lotus stem cookies, lotus stem scrubs, and processing of lotus petals and stamens. This trip was also a great way to gain knowledge. I used to be someone who didn't know how to eat Miang Kham, but when I tried Miang Kham with lotus flowers, it went together really well. I got hooked after just one bite. 😋💖🤘🏻 If anyone wants to make a reservation for a meal, we recommend calling in advance.
