#Overseas Travel Le Scodelle, an Italian restaurant in Turin in northern Italy, focuses on Emilia-Romagna regional cuisine and adds innovative elements that are very surprising! Gnocco fritto fried dough cake - paired with Italian air-dried ham, the crispy Gnocco Fritto and the salty and delicious Prosciutto are really a perfect match. For the first dish, I chose Tortellini. These tiny dumplings were all handmade and served with a sauce made from 30-month aged Parmesan cheese, which was full of rich cheese aroma.
