A new Japanese-style fishing house is added to the village

I was tired of eating at the Hyakuho-ya near my home, and saw a new Japanese restaurant opened in Mountain View. The prices were affordable and there were many choices, so I took the light rail to try it out. Location: Get off at Mingqin Light Rail Station and walk diagonally opposite McDonald's. Environment: The restaurant uses floor-to-ceiling glass for the facade and lighting. The interior space is large and the tables are not densely arranged. There is a cash register near the door, and next to it is the serving area and sushi counter. You can see the chef busy at work. The overall layout is simple, with light wood and gray bricks, which gives it a very civilian feel! Service: Food is served quickly and without any extra charge. Lunch: There are many set menus to choose from, with four categories: bento, scrambled egg rice, ramen and sushi set meals. Each category has more than six set menus, including food and beverages, and special drinks are half-price. It really took a lot of thought and I spent a lot of time choosing what to eat. Lunch sushi set meal $98 This set meal is very rich, with eight pieces of sushi 🍣, 🍜 thin udon, yuzu salad 🥗, 🥣 miso soup and hot lemon water 🍋. The sushi included salmon, hamachi, anchovy, abalone, salmon roe, sea urchin and California roll. This was what my sister ordered. I only ate the salmon roe and California roll. The roe was so sweet and big. The roll was so filling that I couldn't finish it in one bite. It was very filling! This set meal is really good value for money 👍🏻, high cost performance! Tokyo-style charcoal grilled chicken chop ramen 🍜 (hell spicy soup base) $74 The chicken chop was cut into pieces for easy eating. I thought the soup would be spicy, but it was slightly spicier than expected, with a rich flavor. The most special side dishes were two slices of Japanese fish balls (which actually had no taste), mushrooms, corn, kelp, black fungus, and half a soft-boiled egg🥚. The portion of noodles is large and definitely filling. The chicken chop should be fried in sweet soy sauce, which has a sweet taste. The meat is tender, but the skin is not crispy enough! Lavender fresh milk coffee ☕️ $21 (with meal price) This cup of coffee is milkier and sweeter than I expected, so it doesn’t have a bitter taste. Instead, it highlights the scent of lavender, but not the flavor of essence. It’s better than I expected!
