Gorgeous Japanese Afternoon Tea for a Photo-Worthy Experience🫖

Today, I went to a beautiful Japanese afternoon tea place with friends, which is truly perfect for taking photos. Their food and decorations are exquisitely crafted, and we tried many delicious dishes. Firstly, their hot air balloon-shaped dish was filled with seasonal sea urchin, fatty tuna belly, oilfish, and sweet shrimp. The sea urchin was fresh, sweet, and creamy, the fatty tuna belly was rich and succulent, the oilfish was full of flavor, and the sweet shrimp were, indeed, sweet. After that, we tried the Parma ham and cheese roll, cream cheese and eel roll, grilled corn salad, tuna mousse and crab meat sushi, and a mixed sashimi roll called Iso no Yuki. The Parma ham and cheese roll combined the salty fragrance of the ham with the rich creaminess of the cheese perfectly. The cream cheese and eel roll featured tender eel with smooth cream cheese. The grilled corn salad had the sweetness of corn and the aroma of grilling, mixed with a crispy and refreshing salad dressing. The tuna mousse and crab meat sushi had the freshness of fish and the sweetness of crab. The Iso no Yuki sashimi roll was filled with various fresh fish, offering a burst of flavors. Additionally, there were salmon, Japanese fried crab claws, and dried cod. Both the fried crab claws and dried cod were satisfyingly crispy. For dessert, the sakura water mochi was a nostalgic treat with a soft, sweet texture and a subtle cherry blossom aroma. The cheesecake was smooth, rich, and had a velvety texture. The Japanese wagashi featured seasonal fruits with vibrant colors. As for drinks, we enjoyed some South African rooibos tea.
