🚢There are two cruise companies: Hurtigruten & Havila, they take turns sailing every day, the day I booked was Havila✅ 1️⃣ Hurtigruten: Booking in Norwegian on the official website is at least 2-3 times cheaper than booking in English 2️⃣ Havila: There is no difference in price between English and Norwegian bookings. The interior environment is newer than Hurtigruten. You can order meals together with the room booking. Breakfast, lunch and dinner cost nok520/person, but we didn't order three meals because we were on the boat for a short time. 🕰️Schedule: 🔁Svolvær to Tromsø The boat departs at 22:15 and arrives at 14:15 the next day 🔁Tromsø to Svolvær✅Our itinerary is this 23:30 Cruise ship docks and prepares to board (passport check-in) 01:30 departure; arrive at Svolvær at 18:30 🧳Luggage Storage: 1️⃣Tromsø Havn Prostneset (boarding location) There are lockers at the pier visitor center for a fee 2️⃣radical storage app There are several 7-11 stores in the center of Tromsø that offer storage. 3️⃣Hotel✅ The hotel we stayed in the day before was very close to the pier. After checking out, we left our luggage at the hotel front desk and picked it up at night. It was free. 💞Since there were only interior cabins (no windows & bunk beds) left when I booked, I could only book first and try my luck when I got on board to see if I could upgrade to a sea view room. As a result, I asked the lady when I checked in and it was successfully upgraded (+nok1200) I'm happy🥳 (Pictures 3-5) 💞Because we didn’t arrive in Svolvaer until 6:30pm the next day, the lady helped us to delay the check-out until 3pm, which was really great. Don’t be shy to ask more questions! No, it doesn't matter. 🛜There is free wifi in the room, turn on the TV to check the password 🎆Turn on the aurora notification on the landline phone (Figure 6). If there is an aurora, there will be a broadcast. However, because I went to bed at around 2 a.m. that night, I remember there was a broadcast in the middle of the night, but I was too sleepy to hear clearly what it said, so I didn't get up to watch it, and I don't know if there was an aurora that night. 💞There are cafes, souvenir shops, restaurants, and viewing areas on the 6th floor. The cafe provides bread, light meals, coffee, and drinks. They also sell goat milk ice cream, which feels very special. I bought it to try. It was so sexy that it sent me to heaven [cover my face R] 💞The bar on the 7th floor deck is open in the afternoon and sells freshly made brown cheese pancakes (42kr) (Picture 7) The hot and fragrant pancakes are spread with cream and two slices of brown cheese, super delicious! Later, when I wanted to order another one at around 5 o'clock, it was closed. So I bought a pancake from the cafe on the sixth floor, but it was not freshly made. It was cold and there was no brown cheese, but it was sold at the same price. 💞The view from the 9th floor deck is superb and spectacular.
