Sato Memorial Museum of Art

#thingstodo This museum mainly exhibits the collection of the late Sukekuro Sato, the founder of Sato Kogyo, a company that originated in Toyama. It was originally run by the Sato family's foundation, but it has now been donated and is now under the management of Toyama City. Although it is not a very large museum and there are not many exhibits, the admission fee is cheap at 210 yen, so considering the price, it was well worth seeing. The contents are mainly collected by the late Mr. Sato, but some works from the 21st century are also on display. (Since there were limited areas where photos could be taken, I will only attach photos of the areas where I was allowed to take photos.) Inside, the former Sato family's tea room has also been relocated and recreated, which is quite interesting. The relocated sections are on the 1st and 2nd floors, but the 1st floor is now like a small coffee shop, where you can enjoy refreshments and tea.
