Shangri-La Toronto is located at 188 University Avenue, in the heart of Toronto, with a very convenient location. The surrounding area is easily accessible, and you can walk to famous landmarks such as the CN Tower. For tourists, the location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel is luxuriously decorated with a modern feel. As you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by high ceilings and elegant decor. The front desk staff are extremely friendly when checking in, and although the process is a little slow, the experience is still very good. The hotel has a full range of facilities, including a restaurant, bar, indoor pool, and spa, making you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. The room experience is impeccable! We stayed on the 16th floor, and the room was huge, very modernly decorated, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is definitely the highlight, with a TV in the mirror that is so cool, and watching TV in the bathtub is amazing. The slippers and various little details make you feel very thoughtful. The turndown service is also very attentive, and after a long day, the slippers are always placed by the bed. There are many recommended restaurants around the Shangri-La, such as Casa Madera and Harriet's Rooftop Toronto, where the drinks and appetizers are particularly good, and sitting in the lobby in the evening enjoying the wonderful atmosphere and having a drink is very pleasant. If time permits, you can relax in the gym and pool, which are great facilities and make you feel like you are in a resort. Of course, there are imperfections everywhere, and here the quality of breakfast is not high enough, and the temperature and flavor of the food are not satisfactory, so if you have high expectations for breakfast, you may be a little disappointed.
