Tongyeong Yokjido Jaburangae Village, you must eat mackerel sashimi

This place, the birthplace of modern fishing villages, is said to have been a major producer of mackerel and many Japanese people lived there in the past. Since I came to Yokjido, I had to try mackerel sashimi! I went into a sushi restaurant and ordered mackerel sashimi. It was just the right amount for two people at 35,000 won for two. It was definitely freshly caught, so it was soft and savory, and the savory taste that stuck to my mouth made me quickly eat it-:) If you have time before getting on the boat, go up to the buckwheat chestnut forest behind Jaburangae Village.
