The B&B was covered in snow, resembling a fairy tale world. Everyone was filled with anticipation and excitement. After checking in and taking a short break, we began our team-building activities. In the "Snow Treasure Hunt," the team was divided into several groups to search for hidden "treasures" in the snow around the B&B. Laughter echoed as everyone ran and dug in the snow. The "Winter Relay Race" included activities like snowball throwing and sledding. Each group gave their all, competing fiercely and having fun. Lunch was a steaming hot rural feast, with Mongolian yurt-style dishes cooked on a traditional stove. Everyone sat together, sharing warmth and spice on a cold winter day. As the ingredients simmered in the pot, friendships grew stronger through interaction. The afternoon began with various games, barbecues, and fireworks. Participants were divided into groups to create winter crafts using materials provided by the B&B, such as snowflake paper cuttings and pinecone decorations. The most heartwarming part was the "Fireside Chat" session. Everyone gathered around the warm fire, sharing their growth and touching moments from the past year, as well as their hopes and expectations for the future. Some shared challenges and breakthroughs at work, while others shared small joys in life. Here, hearts grew closer. This team-building event, held in the cold winter at Yituxi B&B, brought the hearts of 50 members closer together.
