There are shrines that boast large scale and crowds, such as Meiji Shrine in Tokyo and Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto, but there are also various small shrines, such as shrines in residential areas or shrines in the mountains. Suga Shrine is also a small shrine located in the middle of a residential area. However, this small shrine, which only has a torii gate and a main building, has become a tourist attraction that many people visit while traveling in Tokyo.
