I ordered a set of matcha cream anmitsu and kuzu mochi. The kuzu mochi taste comparison allows you to taste two types at the same time: matcha and kinako. The matcha anmitsu is full of ingredients, with rich matcha ice cream, chewy shiratama, kuzu mochi, mitsumame, agar, and red bean paste. Each one is carefully made, and the balance and taste are great, making it a wonderful anmitsu. The kuzu mochi is not made from kuzu starch, but is fermented, so it has a different texture than I've had before. The taste itself is similar to warabi mochi, but it was my first time trying it and it was delicious!
