Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport (Haneda Airport View)

The Mercure hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Haneda Airport and only a 2-minute walk from the train station. Opened in 2023, this brand-new hotel offers a great location and friendly staff to welcome guests. It also provides easy access to Haneda Airport. Although I didn’t need to visit Haneda Airport the next day, I stayed at this hotel, which is a standalone building with guest rooms spanning from the 2nd to the 11th floor, totaling approximately 360 rooms. I was assigned a room on the 6th floor with a view of Haneda Airport. Initially, I didn’t have high expectations for the view, as the window overlooked a parking lot and the passing Keikyu Line trains. I went to bed around 2 AM and woke up at 5 AM. Breakfast service starts at 6 AM, so I planned to check out around 6:30 AM after enjoying breakfast. I entered the breakfast area right at the opening time and had a leisurely meal. The menu included high-quality items like Eggs Benedict, two types of sausages, and a delicious consommé soup. When I returned to my room, I was greeted by a stunning view of Mount Fuji through the window. From my 6th-floor room, I could see airplanes taking off and landing, the ocean, Kawasaki city in the distance, and a combination of cityscape, river, ocean, train tracks, airport, factory night views, and Mount Fuji. Despite being on a lower floor, the absence of tall buildings provided an expansive and breathtaking view. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
