I visited Hōdoji Temple located in Akasaka, Tokyo ☺️ This temple was founded in the 19th year of the Keichō era (1614) by the monk Eijū. Within the temple grounds, you can find the graves of many notable figures, such as Raiden Tameemon, a sumo wrestler from the Edo period, and Inobe Kōzan, a Confucian scholar. Additionally, there are cultural assets of Minato Ward, including the Tsukiji wall (a type of plaster wall) and a temple bell, which evoke a sense of history.
