I love that everything here is not made in big quantities, and quality is controlled in some form. Their earl Grey Madelines are the best I had and it has a crispy outer shell with soft fluffy cake texture on the inside. Their japanese crispy donut is something unique and tends to get sold out fast. Curry pan, shio pan, and melon pan are the next hot items at Matsumiya. Their buns are soft and fresh. Do get here early if you want to avoid disappointment, buns sell like hotcakes here. Highly recommend Matsumiya!
