The restaurant I visited, "The Tavern Grill," is located on the higher floors of the hotel and offers a wonderful view of Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Bay. Especially during the day, the bright light pours in and the open feeling makes it a truly luxurious experience. Start of the 4-course lunch On this day, I enjoyed a 4-course lunch at The Tavern Grill. The first dish was a Japanese octopus appetizer. The fresh and plump Japanese octopus spread its flavor the moment you put it in your mouth, and it went perfectly with wine. The simple yet exquisite taste whets your appetite. Next came potato soup.
