Exquisite Jukkumi Minari Samgyeopsal □ ONNA 📍Shin-Okubo, Tokyo In recent years, dishes using minari (water parsley) have become common in Korea. I've never tried minari before, so I tried it for the first time in Shin-Okubo! I was in the mood to eat both samgyeopsal and jukkumi, so I ordered the jukkumi Minari Samgyeopsal. It came with cheese gyeranchim, lettuce, and grilled changnung for the finale. The samgyeopsal was thick and juicy, and the outside was grilled to a crisp, so it was delicious! The jukkumi was not too spicy, so it was easy to eat. I recommend mixing the samgyeopsal with the sweet and spicy sauce of the jukkumi. And the minari has a strong flavor similar to mitsuba, and when eaten with jukmi and samgyeopsal, it is refreshing and will become an indispensable part of my diet (lol) The fried rice at the end contains flying fish roe and is fried in the broth that brings out the flavor of the meat and jukmi, so it was delicious until the very end. I was very satisfied overall, but it would have been even better if they had perilla leaves and pickled radish!
