Kanda store 📍Tokyo Kanda (4 minutes walk from Akihabara Station) This time, I ordered the weekly set meal (1,848 yen)️📝 The weekly set meal for this day was: Grilled pork shoulder Carrot slaw with cumin and cardamom flavor Namul made with green soybeans from Yamagata Prefecture Proccoli with soy milk mayonnaise dip Shinshu miso soup Daikon radish with sweet and sour sauce Rice made with Mizukagami rice from Shiga Prefecture At Sta., chefs, registered dietitians, and food stylists make a well-balanced combination of main dishes using seasonal ingredients and side dishes with plenty of vegetables, which is very reassuring✨️ It's delicious and perfectly balanced, which is great! The seasonings are all handmade. From the lunch menu this time. There are lots of vegetables, so it's colorful and gorgeous. The dishes are also lovely! (Very important💗) The grilled pork shoulder was tender and went perfectly with the tomato sauce. The miso soup had a gentle flavor and warmed my cold body💕 All the seasonings were very delicious. The daikon radish with sweet and sour sauce was perfect with rice, and I could eat rice forever with this💗 The volume was so filling that it filled me up. Thank you for the meal! Next time I'd like to visit for dinner🌙 ✍️I'd been saving this restaurant for a while. The restaurant is located under the elevated railway along the Kanda River, and has a great atmosphere. I visited as soon as it opened at 11am on a weekday, and customers were coming in one after another! There was seating for 8 at a large table. There were two tables for 4 people by the windows.
