SOBAP is a palm-sized buckwheat crepe shop located in Gransta Tokyo inside Tokyo Station. They have a wide variety of options, from sweet crepes to side dishes and salads. This time I ordered the Shiso Berry Rare Cheese (330 yen). It didn't take long for it to be served, and it was compact enough that you could finish it in no time. It also had a cute design! They also had a 100 yen discount campaign where you could pick up the product directly, so I was able to enjoy a bite-sized sweet for 230 yen during a short transfer time during my trip😊 Business hours are 8am to 10pm. Only on Sundays, it is open until 9pm. It's located on the 1st floor of Gransta Tokyo inside Tokyo Station, right next to the ticket gate on the Marunouchi side.
