Tokyo Tsukemen Delight: A Visit to 'Menya Musashi Kosho' in Roppongi

Hello :) I'd like to share my experience visiting the Tsukemen hotspot 'Menya Musashi Kosho' in Tokyo. ⏰ Weekdays: 11:00~22:30 // Weekends: 11:00~22:00 📍Japan 〒106-0032 Tokyo, Minato City, Roppongi, 4 Chome−12−6 Uchida Building 1F Menya Musashi is a renowned Tsukemen restaurant located in Tokyo. It has several branches, but I visited the one closest to my accommodation in Roppongi, 'Menya Musashi Kosho'. The interior is set up with bar tables, and the menu features their signature Tsukemen as well as a variety of ramen. You can add up to five times the amount of noodles, which is great for customizing your meal to your appetite. I tried both the original Tsukemen and the rich Tsukemen. The rich Tsukemen had a strong, savory taste that lingered in my memory long after eating. (The original Tsukemen was a bit too salty for my taste, so I recommend the rich Tsukemen!) The thick slices of chashu are a standard topping, and they're so tender that they're perfect to wrap around the Tsukemen. The combination with the soft-boiled egg on top was simply superb :) The noodles at Menya Musashi have a handmade noodle texture but are even chewier, so I think everyone will enjoy them without any dislikes. 🩵 It was my first time trying Tsukemen at Menya Musashi, and it was so delicious that I want to go back to Tokyo just to have it again. Menya Musashi is popular among locals and Koreans alike, so if you're looking for Tsukemen in Tokyo, it's definitely worth a visit. 🩵🩵
