This park is located next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, close to Tochomae Station on the Toei Oedo Line. It is the largest ward park surrounded by tall buildings, and in its lush greenery you can see flowers and small creatures from all seasons. Some office workers come here for a walk or a break. On holidays, the plaza holds events such as flea markets. It is very spacious and has many places to sit down.
