Tokyo Station｜You can eat delicious beef tongue early in the morning

Rikyu Beef Tongue is Japan's No. 1 beef tongue chain brand, and I believe that everyone is familiar with it. When I come to Tokyo, I like to go to the branch inside Tokyo Station the most. It opens at 7:00 and I can have a rich breakfast. After eating, I can buy souvenirs at Tokyo Station. As a specialty restaurant for beef tongue, the menu options are quite varied. This time I chose a set meal of three premium beef tongues, which includes appetizers, rice, clear soup and dessert. The appetizer was miso and konjac beef tongue cubes, which were salty and crispy and went well with rice. The barley rice that came with the set meal was full and had a hint of wheat, while the soup was clear in color and the beef bone flavor was richer than expected. It was a smooth drink that went down my throat in one gulp. The main character, premium ox tongue, is cut very thickly and the heat is very well controlled. The outer layer is roasted until crispy while the inside remains slightly pink. It has a soft texture but retains a little chewiness. The rich gravy bursts out with a very satisfying feeling when bitten into it, and it does not have any fishy smell at all.
