This subway line Asakusa line in Tokyo is useful to go to both Narita and Haneda airports for the lowest price. It is slower than the designated express train like NEX (Narita Express) but it costs much less. The area in Asakusabashi station is an alternative for cheaper hotel and apartment and you also get a bigger space. The public transportation network is well developed in Tokyo so even if you are staying outside of the popular district, you can just take the subway easily.
