[Tokyo] Itabashi Ward's Mitsugi Park, a place of relaxation for citizens

Itabashi Ward's Mitsugi Park is a park located at the bottom of the hill near Shimura-sakaue Station on the Toei Mita Line. The park is centered around a large pond, with walkways developed around it so that people can walk around it. There is no large plaza or any major playground equipment, but as a park with a pond, it seems to be a place of relaxation for the surrounding residents. It also seems that you can try out rowing boats, and there was a booth for that purpose. Unfortunately, it was closed when I visited, but I would like to try it if I have the chance.
